Exposed aggregate concrete and Stamped concrete training

Practical workshop aimed at concrete contractors. Besides the theoretical and practical side of placing washed-out and Stamped concrete, we also discuss the applications in the market, communication with and expectations of clients, prices, etc.

Exposed aggregate concrete has been gaining strong popularity in recent years. It has long been known in industrial construction but is now also emerging strongly in utility construction and residential projects with endless possibilities for exterior walls, garden elements, terraces, ... Stamped concrete is also increasingly in demand in the Belgian market. Stamped concrete has the appearance of other finishing materials (tiles, clinkers, wood, ...), but is completely weed-free, wear-resistant and frost-free.

The training is organised in two modules, one module Exposed aggregate concrete and one module Stamped concrete.

Theory composition and operation of scrubber products
Practice: preparation, making the mixture Exposed aggregate concrete and pouring it, washing it out and post-treating it
Opportunities and application Stamped concrete (applications, possibilities, prices, customer expectations)
Operation, products and materials Stamped concrete
Practice: placing Stamped concrete (Colouring and finishing, preparing, printing and sealing)

9 a.m. reception with coffee cake

10 a.m. Application Surface deactivator
10:30 a.m. Theory, site preparation, client expectations, ...
11:30 a.m. Concrete printing, printing techniques
12:30 p.m. Lunch
1 p.m. Concrete composition
2 p.m. Washing out
2:30 p.m. Cleaning and sealing Stamped concrete & Exposed aggregate concrete
3:30 p.m. Evaluation and presentation of certificates
(Schedule depends on how quickly the concrete hardens)

How to register?

Register by buying this item in the webshop. Buy several tickets if you want to come with more people. Mention the names of the participating persons in the comments.

You can pay immediately via the payment module. You will receive an invoice on the next working day.
You cannot pay immediately? Then select "prepayment via bank transfer". The next working day you will receive an invoice that you can send to the accounting service.

Follow the steps below to register via the SME Portfolio:

Purchase the item from the webshop (select multiple items if you want to register several people)

Submit an application via the KMO Portfolio, at the latest 2 working days before the start of the training course
Pay your part (total amount - 30%) to the SME Portfolio
The remaining amount will be deposited by SME Portfolio and paid to us.
As a registered service provider, we approve the file if it has been requested in time

IMPORTANT: payment should not be made to us, but to Vlaio, the organisation behind the KMO Portefeuille. As a company, you yourself must submit the application to the KMO Portefeuille. KMO Portefeuille applications must be submitted at the latest 14 days after the performance, but our internal policy is that training courses must always be paid for in advance. We ask you to take this into account and to start the file at the latest 2 working days before the start of the training.
