[Project] Two applications of Polished concrete: home and football canteen

Our client Mebo Flooring turns 'ordinary' concrete into a dust-free, high-quality concrete floor.

Concrete floor grouting and polishing
This floor was first grouted and then polished using traditional Grinders. During the sanding, the grouting mixes with the sanding dust that is released to form a paste in exactly the same colour as the floor. In this way, all cracks and air bubble holes are completely filled for a mirror-smooth concrete floor. Further polishing gives the floor a beautiful shine.

Polished concrete is used more and more in homes. It is a very durable and low-maintenance floor that will stay like new for decades if maintained with the right products.
In addition, concrete floors can be renovated countless times without having to be broken up.
This is a brand new canteen floor in a soccer club that was polished with the FAST-GRIND System. The floor is first cast and flattened, then further polished.
FAST-GRIND is a polishing system for under traditional Power Trowel machines that allows for super fast polishing. This canteen was completely polished to 1500 grit in just one day.
Polished concrete is also a very interesting choice in heavy duty environments. The floors are easy to maintain, and thanks to the impregnation they are also very stain resistant.
