Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

We can ship our products to any address in the world. However, through our webshop we only take orders from Europe. For some products, it may not be possible to deliver them to certain countries outside Europe.

Through our web shop you can see the estimated delivery time based on our latest data on stock and availability of your ordered products.

Shipping conditions

Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
These shipping costs are calculated on the web shop based on weight, dimensions, destination and delivery time. We are happy to provide additional clarification on shipping prices and deadlines for other destinations. Shipping costs can be adjusted after you have placed an order. In case of higher costs you will be informed and we will ask your approval for the additional shipping costs.
All complaints regarding shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery of the goods.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. will only be shipped the next business day at the earliest.
International shipments

All shipments leaving the EU must pass through customs in the destination country. The goods will be accompanied by the necessary documents.
We are not responsible for possible customs duties or taxes of the destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs services.

TAKE-BACK OF PRODUCTS

Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging. All accessories must be returned with the product in order to claim a refund. Products returned with obvious damage from abuse or signs of use will never be accepted for refund. Chemical products, polyurea, epoxy, colours and pigments will never be accepted for refund as we cannot guarantee their quality to our next customer.

If you wish to return a used product, please contact Mr Thomas De Witte (+32 498 35 80 57) to get approval for return.

We accept the return of goods when notification is given within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received by you. Returned products in poor condition will not be accepted for refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are never refundable. Acceptance of returned products is usually done within 3 working days after we have received the products. Refunds will be made via the card details of the order payment or via specified bank details.

You can expect to receive your refund no later than two weeks after acceptance of the returned goods, however, this is usually much sooner.

IN2-CONCRETE will cover the cost of returning products in case it is an error on our part (you received a wrong or damaged product).
