The protection of your information is based on trust. Privacy is very important to us. We would also hate it if personal data were shared without our consent. Therefore we would like to inform you in detail about our privacy policy in this section.

What information do we collect?

We collect information when you register, place an order, enter a contest, or respond to a survey, entry form, or other function that collects contact information on our website.

We also collect information on gift recipients so that we can complete the purchase of gifts. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

Those locations (based on an IP address) are not accurate and by far insufficient to indicate an exact location. How can you unsubscribe or delete or amend the information you have provided us with?

You can change your e-mail subscriptions under the preferences in "My account". Please note that due to scheduled e-mails, it is possible that you will receive e-mails that are already in production.

To remove all of your online account information from our database, log in under "My Account" on our website and delete your delivery address, billing address and payment information. Please note that we may retain information about individual sales transactions in order to complete that transaction and keep records.

Links to third parties

In order to provide you with added value, we may include links to third parties on our website. These websites have their own, independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities linked to those sites. However, we seek to protect the integrity of our website and ask you to provide feedback on these links (including if a specific link does not work).
