Anti-adherent and cleaning protective vegetable oil for stirring rods

GTN® is a curative and preventive agent and allows the protection and cleaning of the material against concrete deposits.

GTN® dissolves long standing concrete deposits, layer after layer, through a daily application. Must be applied at the end of the day on caked concrete residues and will gradually loosen the deposits overnight.

Thanks to its protective properties, GTN® will prevent concrete from sticking to the material and will thus simplify maintenance. The product thus makes it possible to extend the life of the material.

GTN® is much less dangerous than other products available on the market as it does not contain petrochemical products or heavy metals and is not classified as corrosive. It can be applied to all possible substrates without attacking the material (metal, paint, etc.).

APPLICATION:

• It is absolutely necessary to carry out tests in advance.
• Use the product pure: do not dilute or mix with other products.
• In certain cases, if too much of the product is used, air may form in the concrete.
• Apply the product homogeneously.
• CURATIVE:
• Spray the product at the end of the working day. The oil must completely cover any concrete residue to be removed.
• Withdrawal time: at least 12 hours.
• Rinse the treated surface with a high pressure cleaner or a jet of water. Remove all oil before applying a new coat.
• Repeat this operation until all concrete residues have disappeared.
• PREVENTIVE:
• Spray the product at the end of each working day to prevent concrete from being left behind and to keep the concrete mixer clean and in good condition.
• The product may also be applied during the day.

PACKAGING:

25 kg drums. 230 kg drums. 1000 kg IBC containers.

USE: The oil should cover the concrete residue to be removed. Indicative and average: 30 to 40 m² / liter.

PRECAUTIONS AND STORAGE:

Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C.
Storage: 12 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original packaging

Hand protection : Wear chemical resistant gloves (neoprene, PVC...).
Skin protection : Wear long sleeved clothing to protect the skin.
Eye protection : Wear safety goggles.
