ProtectGuard® Plant-Based Formula is an innovative water, oil and stain repellent for all porous and low-pored building materials.

ProtectGuard® Plant-Based Formula is an organic product created from biomass. It consists of plant-based raw materials (maize, beetroot and tree resin). Plant-based molecules offer an alternative to fossil fuels that are harmful to the environment.

ProtectGuard® Plant-Based Formula protects all materials in a durable manner against stains, atmospheric pollution, penetration of water, grease, etc. It delays the ageing process and makes maintenance easier. It slows down the ageing process and makes maintenance easier.

ProtectGuard® Plant-Based Formula has anti-slip properties that reduce slippage of the material.

ProtectGuard® Plant-Based Formula allows the material to breathe. The surface remains permeable to air and water vapour. Colourless after application and does not change the appearance of the treated material. Fully UV-resistant and does not discolour over time.

USAGE

ProtectGuard® Plant-Based Formula can be used indoors and outdoors on floors and walls. It has been developed for all porous and low-porosity building materials such as natural and artificial stone, concrete
terracotta, cement, pavement, granite, marble, ... Use ProtectGuard® MG for very low or polished materials.

HOW TO USE

Preparation of the substrate :

• Apply the product to a completely clean, dust- and grease-free and dry surface.
• Rinse the surface to ensure that there are no more marks from cleaning products and allow to dry for 24 to 48 hours.
• Use Guard Wash® Express for the removal of green deposits and organic
  Net'Guard® Ultra 4 in 1 for grease stains Guard Remover® Eco Efflorescence & Cement for limescale efflorescence or cement sludge.
  Cement for lime bloom or cement slurry

Application :

• Use pure, do not dilute
• Shake well before use and always test in an inconspicuous place first.
• Apply in one uniform layer. On highly porous materials, apply in two coats 15 minutes apart.
• Do not spray.
• On vertical surfaces, apply from bottom to top.
• Apply in a thin layer, do not over apply. Remove excess product.
• NOTE: In some cases, the product may leave white marks. This is normal and the markings will disappear after it is completely dry.
• Drying time: 24 hours.
• Optimal efficiency after 7 days.

USE

• Porous materials: 5 to 7m² / L
• Low-porosity materials: 8 to 10m² / L
