    ProtectGuard® WetLook is a water and oil repellent treatment for all mineral, porous building materials. It protects against water, oil and all types of stains. This makes concrete much easier to maintain and prevents the main causes of ageing such as grease stains, penetration, etc.

    ProtectGuard® Wet Look comes in two versions and gives treated surfaces a matt or glossy 'wet look' finish that deepens the original colour.

    ProtectGuard® Wet Look is an environmentally friendly product, completely water based (non-toxic, non-oil based and solvent free). It is also fully UV and abrasion resistant and does not yellow over time.

    Preparation of the substrate:

    • Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface. Remove grease stains, traces of efflorescence, cement sludge or cement residue with Guard Remover® Eco Efflorescence & Cement

    Application:

    • Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute.
    • Shake the container well before use and always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.
    • ProtectGuard® Wet Look is applied in two coats
    • Apply first coat to the surface. Allow the product to penetrate and dry (15 to 30 minutes depending on the porosity of the material and temperature). Then apply second layer.
    • Do not overload the substrate, the whole product must penetrate the surface
    • Drying time: 24 hours.
    • Optimal efficiency after 5 to 7 days.
