FINISHING AID FOR FRESH CONCRETE

FAST-FINISHING AID is a processing aid for fresh concrete with protective and hardening properties. It provides better workability during levelling.

FAST-FINISHING AID works best when applied as soon as possible after pouring and protects the surface from drying out too quickly, without forming a film. The silica in the product enters into a chemical reaction with the lime released during curing. As a result, you get fewer hairline cracks and a dust-free floor that is more resistant to frost and dirt.

FAST-FINISHING AID replaces the hardener and traditional curing compound.

USER MANUAL

Undiluted

Shake well before use. Apply FAST-FINISHING AID as early as possible with a low-pressure sprayer during the first step of polishing/flatting. The faster you apply it, the faster the protection will work. Always work the product in completely with a Power trowel or bull float.

For best results, reapply as the concrete hardens. This also allows you to work more easily. Afterwards, you won't need to re-harden the floor. If you are working with quartz, apply FAST-FINISHING AID then apply after you have driven in the quartz. The product should be as close to the surface as possible.

Diluted 1:1 with clear water

Shake well before use and dilute with clear water in a ratio of 1:1. Apply one coat before levelling the concrete with the base plate. Spray a second layer after levelling and before levelling. Apply a third layer during the levelling process.
