TRAINING IN CONCRETE POLISHING / SMOOTHING

Polished, smoothed or polyconcrete is becoming increasingly popular. It is originally an industrial floor that is increasingly used as residential concrete and for driveways and terraces.

In this hands-on training course, we will learn and demonstrate how to properly pour, level, flatten and finish a floor. This training is designed for professionals who want to offer polished / Troweled concrete to customers. So we will also cover pricing, customer expectations, customer communication, site preparation, machine selection, accessories, etc.

TRAINING CONTENT

• Pouring and levelling fresh concrete
• Talking, levelling and finishing of concrete (polishing)
• Concrete technology and composition
• Additives, reinforcement (fibres), pigments, ...
• Machine selection, types Machines, accessories and hand tools
• (Post) treatment of concrete (hardening, impregnation with quartz, application & removal of curing agents)

DAILY DISTRIBUTION

• 6:45 a.m. - Reception at 6:45 a.m.
• 7:00 - Pouring of concrete at 7:00
• Further progress depends on how quickly the concrete cures
• 16:00 - Expected end of training*.
  *The duration of the training depends on how quickly the concrete hardens

• Pay your part (total amount - 30%) to the SME Portfolio
• The remaining amount will be deposited by SME Portfolio and paid to us.
• As a registered service provider, we approve the file if it has been requested in time

IMPORTANT: payment should not be made to us, but to Vlaio, the organisation behind the KMO Portefeuille. As a company, you yourself must submit the application to the KMO Portefeuille. KMO Portefeuille applications must be submitted at the latest 14 days after the performance, but our internal policy is that training courses must always be paid for in advance. We ask you to take this into account and to start the file at the latest 2 working days before the start of the training.
